Requirements:

You must submit your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least six months of validity left beyond your intended stay in Qatar, and must have at least one completely blank visa page. 4. PROOF OF LODGING
Copy of hotel reservation. If visiting relatives or friends, a signed letter of invitation from the host explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of visit. In addition, the letter of invitation must indicate length of stay, place of stay, and contact information.
5. FLIGHT ITINERARY
Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency, or copy of airline tickets. Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased until visa and passport are secured and in your possession.
6. PROOF OF SUFFICIENT FUND
Provide evidence of sufficient fund to support your stay. Example: copy of most recent bank statement with account number blacked out.
7. LETTER OF INTENT
Compose a letter of intent addressed to the Embassy of Qatar explaining purpose for visiting Qatar.

Multiple Entry Visa valid for 1 – 10 Years for Stays up to 30 days per entry
Processing time commences from the day the application has been submitted to the consulate. Saturdays, Sundays, consulate scheduled holidays, and mailing do not count as a processing day.

4. BUSINESS LETTER
Letter from employer on company letterhead introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant's employment status and position held in the company, and clearly stating purpose of visit. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Qatar.

A signed letter of invitation from the host company in Qatar explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of visit. In addition, the letter must indicate length of stay, place of stay, and contact information.
Military personnel and contractors must provide a letter of support from the U.S. Government Authority (e.g. State Department, Department of Navy, Department of Defense) rather than from from a sponsor in Qatar.
