We are the visa professionals with over 16 years of experience in the visa and passport industry. While we will exhaust every effort to obtain your travel visa or U.S. passport in time for your travel abroad, there are sometimes unavoidable delays that are out of our control. Examples are as follows but are not limited to unexpected or unannounced embassy or consulate closures, inclement weather or mechanical failures which can delay the delivery of your documents when using FedEx Express or any other overnight delivery service, the computers going down at the U.S. Passport Office making it impossible to issue passports or even an embassy or consulate official not being present to sign a completed visa.

Also, while we work extensively to keep the information on our web site as current and as up to date as possible, requirements, forms, fees and processing times are subject to change without notice. Embassy/consular officials and U.S. Passport Office agents make the final determination when deciding how fast a visa or passport will be issued and for what period of time (validity) visas can be issued. U.S. Passport Services reserve the right to prioritize the processing according to the departure date provided by the applicant. Embassy/consulate officials also have the right to ask for additional documentation in order to issue a passport or visa. Personal interview may be required by the embassy/consulate officials. Visa and passport applications may be rejected due to incomplete forms, improper photos or even false or incorrect information being provided and are subject to losing the fees paid to that agency. In the case where a visa or passport application has been rejected due to any of the above reasons not due to any misinformation provided by Mile High Visas, LLC, the service fee will also be non-refundable, although we will continue and make a second attempt to get the visa or passport issued at no additional cost as long as there is no additional cost to us. If the order is canceled during processing, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will apply per person. If we have already made attempt or attempts of submission, service fee is not refundable.

By engaging Mile High Visas, LLC. you agree that the sole remedy against Mile High Visas, LLC for damages in connection with the failure to obtain a requested visa, passport, invitation/authorization from foreign government, shall be the return of the service fee charged. Immigration Officers abroad will make the final determination on permitting foreigners entering into their country. Travelers are responsible to check and make sure the visas are issued correctly.

Mile High Visas, LLC is not responsible for package shipments once provided to delivery services, for example, FedEx Express, UPS, DHL/Airborne, USPS, and other delivery methods. Return shipping method other than FedEx Express may take extra day(s) to arrive at destination.

FEES AND REFUND POLICIES

The fees for Mile High Visas services shall be those specified on the website, including any indirect taxes (if any) that are applicable to the fees, and other charges and fees charged by an issuing authority or any courier or delivery service, all of which must be paid by you.

Once Mile High Visas submits a travel document request to an issuing authority (embassy, consulate, US State Department, IDP company, etc.) on your behalf, Mile High Visas service fees are non-refundable.

Consular fees and availability of services are subject to change without notice. Fees and services may differ between the time the order is placed and when the ordered is completed. Mile High Visas will continue to communicate said changes to the client where possible. Mile High Visas reserves the right to select the most appropriate service available given the time constraints as indicated by the client.

All fees paid to an issuing authority by Mile High Visas on your behalf are non-refundable. In the event that a visa or passport application is submitted on your behalf and the request is rejected for any reason, Mile High Visas will, at your request, make an additional attempt to secure the travel document. You will be required to pay any additional fees assessed by the issuing authority and if the additional attempt is needed due to an error made by the client on a visa application Mile High Visas will charge a $30 service fee.

Orders which are, or are not submitted via the online order process may be charged an additional administrative fee if so specified on the Website. Mile High Visas reserves the right to retain passports and documents until full payment is received. Mile High Visas service fees may vary according to the number of business processing days available to procure the service. Consulate closings and holidays are excluded. Where an Australian Electronic Visa (ETA) has been requested, the fee paid to Mile High Visas includes processing of the ETA visa only and does not include any appeals or additional services. The cost of the ETA application is non-refundable and should your application be refused you will not be issued a refund.

Orders cancelled prior to submission will be assessed Mile High Visas service fees. Once the application has been submitted to the appropriate government agency full fees will apply. Additional cancellation fees may be applied for early withdrawal of the application.

Fee for a returned check is $25.00 per item.
